Optical properties of two-dimensional black phosphorus

چکیده

Recently, black phosphorus (BP), an emerging layered two-dimensional (2D) material, has aroused much research interest. Distinguished from most of other 2D materials, BP is always a direct bandgap semiconductor regardless the thickness, with ranging 0.3 eV (bulk) to 1.7 (monolayer), which just fill gap in between graphene and transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) this frequency range. Besides, exhibits many intriguing properties, such as high carrier mobility, highly tunable anisotropic physical render another star material following TMDCs. In review, we mainly focus on advances optical properties BP, content covering intrinsic external perturbation effects properties. Regarding introduce layer-dependent absorption interband transitions, exciton binding energy absorption, visible-to-infrared photoluminescence, stability photoluminescence. As for in-plane uniaxial biaxial strain effects, gate-induced quantum confined Franz-Keldysh effect Burstein-Moss effect. And finally give brief summary outlook, pointing out some several interesting important issues need further studying urgently hyperbolic plasmons, intersubband heterostructures twist angle moiré superlattice so on. This review gives overview expected arouse interest BP.
